Ok, so I know I’m late to the party, but hear me out. Between working full-time, running the Airbnb & helping my mom out due to some health issues I was slammed this past September. Now, with the help of some recent insomnia, I’ve found the time to play catch up on something other than work and books. So, I’ve decided to indulge my fashion-centric side and catch up on some of the Spring/Summer 2027 Fashion Weeks, starting with New York:

The week started off with a bang and I’m already in love with everything LoveShackFancy, I could honestly wear the entire collection. Michael Kors also had some great wearability and I loved a few of the individual pieces from Simkhai and Strada (I’m almost tempted to try and make my own version of Strada’s dress. That faux corset cinch at the front is so cute!). Grace Ling also delivered, showcasing some metal-worked accent pieces. I can’t help but think how cool it would be if instead of leaves and cranes, she’d presented dragons wrapping around her models!

Day 2 in New York ,,, can we just with Wiederhoeft?!
I recently read a book, The Icarus Deception, where Seth Godin made a comment noted that in recent years selling a product is just as much about the showmanship of delivery, the experience, as it is about the product. Wiederhoeft is a perfect example of this and if you get the chance to watch the Runway Presentation, do it,
I had goosebumps!

I loved day 3, and was nearly running out of room by the time I got all the designers and pieces into the carousel. It was the perfect mesh of romantic & baddie, especially Kim Shui, those pieces are show-stopping! Of course the wearability and romanticism of Veronica Beard caught my eye as well, and I think I might have to shop her sale page one day soon!

After catching up on Day 4 I can absolutely say I will be styling a long scarf & trench coat with a belt this season, Ulla Johnson’s outfit is so chic! The little denim dress from Aknvas was cute as well, I had to look it up! At $795 US last season’s version is a steep buy, but clearly iconic to the designer!

Day 5 was a bit of a light day for me, but I was once again struck by the wearability of the pieces. Adeam and Tanner Fletcher nailed it in this regard, and I loved the classy, yet sassy, personality that surrounded this season’s collection.

Day 6 & 7 wrapped up New York Fashion Week on the best note possible, Nardos’ collection was so romantic and whimsical, yet so wearable! The skirt from Frederick Anderson is wild but I think my favorite was Andrew Kwon.
As soon as I saw the photos of Andrew Kwon’s collection I knew I had to watch the Runway Presentation too, and I was right! The dresses and fabric literally ripple down the runway like water, leaning into the ethereal feel. The fact that Kwon references The Lord of the Rings in his interview makes me love it even more!
